I was charged more than what I was quoted over the phone, my tire rotation I paid for didn't result in my tires being re-calibrated which now requires a follow up trip because my TPM signal keeps going off. I have three kids, two jobs and a house full of stuff to get done. I don't have time for this type of service, will not return and will certainly not send anyone there either. The only reason I rated a 2 is because my oil was actually changed and I was fit into an already busy Saturday. Still inexcusable.
